Michel Arnoux
(1833-1877)

Born in Paris in 1833, Arnoux was a pupil of Edward Frere, Dansaert and Cogniet. He worked in Ecouen along with his fellow artists painting scenes of domestic genre. He painted small works on panel producing paintings of young children in rustic interiors.His works were exhibited in Paris 1864-1877.
